The Texas Press-Up Challenge

After posting a 15 second fit tip on Instagram the other day, regarding quick-fire workouts to do throughout the day, wherever you are; we decided to throw in a Texas Press-Up challenge during a quick break from work. Give it a watch if you didn't quite catch it on IG (Describing a workout protocol in 15 seconds is not easy!)




If you're feeling adventurous, once you hit ten reps, make your way back down to one for a total of 100 reps!
